I didn’t come from a traditional computer science or cybersecurity background.
What I did have was exposure to how real organizations operate — where security decisions break down, governance is often treated as an afterthought, and “innovation” too often ignores long-term risk.
PrimeDefend emerged from a simple realization: as AI accelerates and quantum threats approach, security platforms can’t just be reactive or opaque — they must be governed, explainable, and resilient by design.
Without venture backing or a large team, I began researching, designing, and laying the architectural foundation for PrimeDefend deliberately — studying post-quantum cryptography, autonomy boundaries, and governance-first security models before writing code.
The focus at this stage is clarity over speed: defining the right abstractions, trust boundaries, and operating principles required for a system meant to serve regulated, real-world environments.
PrimeDefend is still early, but it is being developed with intention — as a long-term platform built to evolve responsibly as the threat landscape changes.
